Someone was telling me that he didn't think Foles was actually back up to 100%. He didn't tell me whether he meant physically or back up to game conditions, but it sounds as if you're seeing the same thing.

It’s possible. He hasn’t looked good since coming back. At all. If he isn’t, it was a bad idea to put him behind that OL.
