That's only if the Broncos, us, and Ravens tie.

A tie helps because say Bmore loses one more game (which we'd need them to do even if they lose this one) and finish 12-3-1, and we win out we're ahead of them at 13-3. So a tie would be very beneficial, maybe not AS good as a loss but very helpful.

I think its actually as good isn't it? Because of the tie break the Ravens need one more loss OR tie than us. Since they have the tiebreaker a loss or tie in this game adds up to exactly the same thing to us under any combinaiton of results in the rest of both teams games. In ohter words if the tie doesn't help us the loss wouldn't have either.
