I think everyone overlooks Nick Caserio's contribution to this team. When Pioli was here, all the personnel moves were credited to Bill and Scott. Since Caserio took over the same role as Pioli had, Belichick gets all the credit (granted considering some of the complaining on certain moves, Caserio might be happy to defer all the credit to Belichick). It is nice to see someone in the media give Caserio his due.
