I haven't seen anyone say that coaching doesn't matter. Both
@crawhammer and
@Ice_Ice_Brady are arguing the relative weight attributed to coaches vs players when it comes to dubs. They along w/ 1960 and others (me included) believe it's the players that are more responsible for the wins. It only makes sense since they are the only ones making the plays. In a team sport everyone on the team contributes. Even the waterboy contributes but no one would argue that he is a major factor in victories (a bit of hyperbole to make a point). I agree w/
@Ice_Ice_Brady , coaches matter but their weighted importance in the final results is exaggerated. Some of the Bill sycophants believe differently despite his own words.
