Don’t forget Edelman trying to tag along.199 Productions has Gronk as the leading man in a movie written all over it.
LA has no idea what is about to hit them.

Outside the hashes/ downfield threatHe makes no sense as a Patriots FA signing.
Not retaining Henry would make no sense for Brady to go to the Titans. If the Titans end up franchising him, we should be worried TB to Titans is a done deal.
I remember you saying this and I was one of the few that agreed with it. I saw the implosion a mile away starting with trading away Thomas who could’ve at least been a veteran to throw to had injuries piled up or Brown/Gordon didn’t pan out.
Anybody watch the last season of “Ballers”? There was a scene where a team was dealing with a situation where the media pressured them into releasing a player one of the Owners didn’t want released. This was probably what happened with AB.

What connection does your CPA have with Gordon?Henry is the priority. It makes no sense to franchise Tannehill or sign him to a big contract.
Today, my CPA told me Melvin Gordon to the Texans is a done deal. I have not seen anything about that yet. Looks like SD is prime for selecting the Ohio State stud RB in the 1st.
Gordon shouldn't have been given a second chance after what he did the year prior completely letting the team down.Astute observations on your part as usual.
The Homers went nuts after I called out Gordon as useless culprit # 1.
BB got AB, Josh and Sanu for TB, spending all of his flexibility with the salary cap. It wasn't BB'S fault that AB blew up, Josh relapsed and Sanu got injured (remember he had double digit catches his first full game prior to being injured). Things didn't work out last year but it wasn't for lack of tryingThe Patriots receiving core outside of JE was utter garbage.
A huge far cry from what we started the season with.
I don’t think we fix all our offense issues this year.

BB knew full well his WR's and TE's were a dire need last off season yet signed a bunch of crap who didn't make the team/or traded them and drafted only ONE skill position player. He knew AB was a risk. He knew Gordon was a risk to relapse as he let the team down just a year prior. Sanu's 8.1 yards per catch game was pedestrian and people need to stop referring to that game as being "productive". Regardless, trading a 2nd round pick for him and putting him back returning punts when he's not only attempted one in his career but when the team was rail thin at WR was beyond idiotic.BB got AB, Josh and Sanu for TB, spending all of his flexibility with the salary cap. Spending a 1st round pick on a WR isn't trying? I know he got injured in camp but them's the breaks, necessitating the need to add more. Maybe Josh or TB should have stepped in and done something (game plans, etc.).Had he "tried" earlier in the season, Gordon and AB wouldn't have been needs. They'd have been bonus additions. So saying that it was not for a lack of trying is entirely perspective based. He spent the early part of the off season shopping at the dumpster sale in the back of the K-Mart clearance store. None of that panned out.
Thank youGood HS friend has a business interest in the MLS and to a lesser extent the NFL and has become friendly with Kraft over the past 10 years. He texted me today that Brady is as good as gone, unless something dramatically changes over the next week. He ended the text with:
“Not sure where he is going but Kraft acknowledged that they are not in negotiations with him.”
My friend is not Field Yates but what he heard independently sounds very much like what Yates tweeted out today.
Believe it or not....just passing along what I have heard.

Which wideout was consistently getting open at the sticks after Week 4 and, if that was case, why did they have to line up Edelman at the X as often as they did? I await your always cogent and insightful response.Outside the hashes/ downfield threat
Not a chance
Unless Stid the Kid is behind center
Wait a minute, you have a “friend in the know” who says one thing, but there’s also another “friend in the know” who says another. My mind is spinning, nothing makes sense anymore!!!!Good HS friend has a business interest in the MLS and to a lesser extent the NFL and has become friendly with Kraft over the past 10 years. It’s going to be a long week of speculation, but it’s starting to look like some of those crazy ESPN stories about friction might have had some truth to them.
We saw some of it in the Brady documentary, and if the reports are true about him turning down a multi year deal to retire a Patriot, then it’s fairly obvious that there was some fire with that smoke.
Why else would a man who’s played 20 yrs and has money for generations suddenly decide that he wanted to end his career somewhere else?
Does anyone really still think that this is about money?
I don’t know about you guys, but I cannot believe that Brady had the AUDACITY to diversify his financial portfolio and invest in a production company. God DAMNIT, get rid of this geriatric DIVA, Bill!
