The talk about Martellus Bennett

Let's hope Halloween is Oct 23rd...a huge game @Pittsburgh. To me, this is equivalent to the @Den (Harper's muff) game in that it may decide home field advantage.
Huge game. Lewis, Vollmer and Jackson are eligible to return that week. Hopefully it will be enough.

Guess we'll find out see if Martellus Bennett is a *****?

It could even be later than that. It took Tom 5 games in 2014 to get rolling (o-line) so it's entirely possible we will see a 2001-type of situation where the team hits its REAL stride around Thanksgiving (worst case)

This season is going to be very strange

Perillo talked about it.

In preseason game 4 he seemed more interested in protecting himself than playing hard. Just my eyes.
Perillo is stating the obvious but drawing the wrong conclusion here.

I mean, if Gronk seemed more interested in protecting himself than going all out in the fourth preseason game would anybody question why?

I have no idea how Bennett is going to play here in New England, he make suck when the bullets start flying, but using this type of commentary as a reference point is absolutely absurd.

This thread needs a good old fashion mercy killing.

He also wanted Bishopn Sankey, who sucks. Perillo isn't very bright.

Sankey was signed to the Pats' Practice Squad.

I'd take that.

Blocking, key first downs, saying right things. Fun times.

With all due respect, Paul Perillo is an idiot. He's employed by the Patriots the way a friend of mine who worked for Mass Electric (now National Grid) described a guy who worked for them. He got old and had 10 years to go to his retirement so the company paid him 80k for ten years to arrive at the plant in Hopedale and raise the American flag at 8:00 am, go home and return to take it down at 5:00 pm. And I know that's true. Think about that the next time you pay your electric bill. 10 years...nearly a million dollars. Anyway, that's Perillo.

Imagine how much fun he's going to have when Brady and Gronk get back.

love this dude!!

hope he has chemistry with tb12

What a great day he had today. Catching, running, blocking pas and run and red zone. Just awesome.
