The Ravens' Last Stand?

The Ravens were always pretenders. They benefited from a lot of favorable calls earlier in the season to build their winning record. It's all catching up to them now, though. They're not getting the same calls, they're injured, their "elite" QB is not so, and all they have on offense is Rice (and Smith when he's on and Flacco can get him the ball). Defensively, they needed Suggs to return because they would be even more pathetic without him. They're done.

With all that said, they always play NE tough so they could be a bad matchup in the playoffs.

Guess all the brouhaha about Flacco being an elite qb is just talk..

Pretty gutless performance by a team that is reeling.

**** the Ravens man. Beat us thanks to a lot of questionable **** and then lose when we really need them to win.

**** the Ravens.

now now now...so much anger....why not follow the lead of Saint Sanchez and ...turn to the other cheek...nah...you're right....fack the Ravens

well...I'm not so sure about that...let me call him up and ask...

Joe Flacco absolutely Suc*s !!!! I wanted a Raven win today for our sake, but how can anyone feel bad this bunch. Nice to see Harbaugh look like he just drank a glass of sour milk.

Somewhere, Cam Cameron is pointing at the TV shouting 'You see? You see what I had to deal with?!'

Meanwhile his wife is busy quietly knitting and just saying 'I know dear.' over and over.

Why are you all afraid of going on the road to Baltimore or Denver? All I see is two teams that don't match up well with the Patriots at this time. I don't care where they play. Let's try Moscow or Bejing. Who cares? Let's play in Roger Goodwrench's back yard and steamroll the prick on our way to the SB.

hell Bunky...let's try Tierra Del Fuego!!!!....let me get the ol' black and white TV going here...

y Flacco lanza intercepción anothe .. que mierda!

I think they like him...si?

The Ravens have no pride..
Errr, they have no defense now and their QB is throwing pick sixes. What has that got to do with pride? They just aren't that good right now. Chances are that defense won't hang together well over a whole season next year either. They need to rebuild the defense. Let's not call out guys' heart because they didn't live up to Joe Bettor's dumb gamble.

Goodness, the spam filter didn't catch "mierda".

I'm willing to bet (using tokens taken from Wheaties boxes) that this week the talking heads will be opining how Flacco "feels the pressure of carrying the team", and isn't quite faring all that well. Probably true too. He's been protected for a long time by that excellent defense. No more. Sayonara to the Ravens.

Word. I'd rather be in Foxboro, but I'm confident in this team going on the road and beating any team in the NFL in the playoffs. It didn't stop us in Pittsburgh in 2001 or 2004, and it won't stop us this year if we have to go that route.

We need to erase that awful Denver playoff loss.
The good news is that Gronk >> Ben Watson

Peakin at right time. Be even more better when Gronk gets back and Cunningham off his suspension I think due back Dec.24th. Got that feelin like how Pats went into Steelers AFCCG and SLAMMED'm. But first things first not to ahead of anything, have to take care of 49ers tonite.

Guess it is a day to root for teams I really don't like. This time it's the Cowboys, getting rid of the Steelers and Giants would make me happy, unfortunately my track record rooting for teams I don't like really sucks, as evidenced again today in Baltimore.

You're assuming they make the PlayOffs.

Ravens host the Giants in the Desperation Bowl next week. Whoever loses that game is in deep, deep trouble. If only they could both lose.
