On the contrary, I think this has been a solid draft so far.

We've picked a solid OT, a solid DB who is hard-hitting and a run-stopper, and an all around RB that has that first step explosion, can block and catch out of the backfield. We alternate him with BJGE. BJGE is a hard-nosed pounder who will wear them down and big V will clean up.

That's the exact word I was thinking after the Vereen pick. This is not a sexy draft, but they've drafted some good football players.

I never had Ras-I on my short list so I am totally in the dark on his skills. Is he a good run support tackler? Mel Kiper (FWIW) questioned his physicallity given his size. I'm more willing to trust the opinions on this board over Mel's.
