In the Wells report on page 69 https://nfllabor.files.wordpress.co...s-re-footballs-used-during-afc-championsh.pdf
"The officials also inflated and re-adjusted each of the Patriots game balls tested. Riveron instructed that footballs registering below the permissible range should be inflated and set to 13.0 psi. Using the air pump provided by the Patriots, Blakeman inflated each Patriots ball, and handed each to Prioleau, who used the air release valve on a pressure gauge to ensure that the balls were set to a pressure level within the permissible 12.5 to 13.5 psi range. No air was added to the Colts balls tested because they each registered within the permissible inflation range on at least one of the two gauges used"
If there was doubt that the patriots balls were tampered with, wouldn't it make sense to leave them at room temperature, the same temp they were initially filled at, and measured again at the end of the game to see if the adverse weather did in fact bring them below where they should have been?
Wouldn't filling them essentially remove any possibility for the patriots to say Walt Anderson tested them in this room and they were 12.5, at the end of the game with no weather conditions to account for they are once again 12.5 Nobody had access to this locker room since halftime as proven by this video evidence.
Isn't it more probable than not that the league destroyed evidence of the patriots innocence in order to cover up for the HUGE mistake they made by setting up this sting?
Now going to page73
Measurements of the patriots gameballs (for some reason then only measured 4)after the game:
Patriots Ball PSI1 PSI2
1 13.50 13.15
2 13.35 12.95
3 13.35 12.95
4 13.65 13.25
On page 69 Wells says that the referees, and the nfl staff decided to fill the patriots balls to 13psi. How then, at the end of the game is it possible that every single patriot ball measured in at above 13 or below by .05? This shows that the Referees Colluded with the NFL to attempt to Sabotage the patriots by giving them over pressurized footballs.
So things that brady and the patriots can use when sueing the league
1.)The sting, claiming an attempt to fix the game
2.)Destruction of evidence
3.)Collusion to sabotage, and lying on the report.
