As far as I know, if you fail to make a pick in the allotted time, the next team goes on the clock, and can make their pick right away. You can't "forfeit" a pick simply by effectively saying "We pass."

I also think Bridgewater is Arizona's pick. I'm not convinced about Manziel. I think weirdness is going to befall that draft pick, I just don't know in what way yet.

Well by trading behind the Browns, that either suggests they're not going QB or they're not excited by any of the three (don't forget Carr).
