You are a very insecure person. You hang around here to boast about how good the colts are as if we cannot see.

You dont need to hang out validating your team vs all the rival fans. Grow some balls son.

Ryan has been here 3 years longer than YOU have, you piece of garbage. He is a valued member of the board. You are a useless newbie who flails away with whatever baseless argument you've sunk your teeth into at the moment. Try watching Ryan and shut the F up, Danny.

This is the same offense they had in 2006 and for that matter what they morphed into the tail end of 2005 even with Edge. The lets try what BB does and take what defenses will give us offense that allows the rest of the team to believe they too matter and it's not just about treading water until Peyton gets it going.

In case you hadn't noticed the Pat's offense actually is light years different from anything the Colts have faced in the last 2 years. If it gets up on the Colts by anything approaching the 21 it put up in the first half of the AFCC, it won't conveniently sputter in the second half even if the defense fades. Too many weapons, and as Deion said last night the great WR like Randy love cover 2. What's he got on Sanders, about 8 inches? And the Colts corners are less elite than competent.

Moral victory for the JAGS. Peyton face....

Del Rio is a stupid man, that is part of this teams continuing problem. Cutting Byron was the smartest decision he ever made. But Garrard isn't the answer in part because Del Rio isn't a genius.

Freaking THANK YOU. Geez, finally freakingly. The Colts lucked into a SB last year (just like the Pats lucked into their 2001 SB for all you Colts fans) and all of a sudden it's "The Colts are finally playing like a team, the Colts have a D, the Colts are being patient, Manning has changed...blah, blah). The Colts are the same freaking team the Pats beat in 2003 and 2004, a team with a great offense and a weak to middling defense that is able to hide its deficencies because it most often plays from ahead.

The Colts beat down an injury devastated Pats team in 2005, barely beat a self-destructing, injury riddled Pats team in 2006, and then played ONE GOOD HALF against an injury/flu riddled Pats team in the playoffs and all of a sudden, the Colts have the Pats number

The only loss that bothered me against the Colts was the one in the playoffs because now the Colts have confidence that they can come back against us. Beyond that, the Colts don't scare me. The Pats slow and porous D scares me.

Jags team isn't particularly good. It doesn't diminish the Colts' win, just like the awful Dolphins' team doesn't diminish the Pats' win but it doesn't change the facts.

The Colts are clearly dominating this game, but the Jags are shooting themselves in the foot too. Why in the hell an end around with 4th and 1 especially when you only have a FB lined up in the backfield and Jones-Drew out in the slot? They made Colts think that it could be something else besides a run up the gut as some sort. They telegraphed their punch on that one.

I just don't get the Jags' gameplan either. Del Rio and company seem to be throwing a bunch of stuff out there to keep Indy off balance on offense, but it seems to stall their drives too because most of the stuff isn't confusing the Colts all that much. They seemed to be doing well with the short passes especially picking on Hayden.

The Colts are the better team so far tonight, but this game could be much closer. Granted the Colts have shot themselves in the foot multiple times with false starts.

Did they just say that we haven't beaten ANYONE AS GOOD AS THE JAGUARS. You gotta be kidding me.

LMFAO - The Jags are better than Dallas?

i just started watching the gmame...anyone want to tell me why gray got in the game? also, wut have been the highlights so far?

how has each team been moving the ball?

He will when you grow a brain.

Ryan is good folks, not a troll. He's been here years longer than most of his critics, and he was painfully realistic through the first half of the decade. He's contributed more to the board than most of you loudmouth smack talking resident troll fan boys ever will.

Wilborne says the Pats haven't played anybody as good as the Jags! Well I think the Jags are pretty good, but I think Dallas is a better team.

Wow,I thought brady had some signature moments.
I guess the drives at the end of 2 superbowls dont count

The Jags have a better defense than Dallas... but the Dallas offense might be 3 times better than the Jags'.

Haha look at this clown melting down. What are you going to challenge me to a fight next? take a breath and step away from the keyboard you message board stalker.

haha

Here's another vote of support for Ryan. I generally enjoy his posts.

I think the Colts have been impressive tonight, but not unbeatable. The Colts have mounted some good drives, but they have also had great field position in part because De Rio's insistence of going for it on 4th down multiple times. Going for it on the 50 yard line and calling an end around has to go into the one of the worst calls of the season.

They just said Brady is not the greatest ever because he has not had any signature moments, unlike Elway and Montana... Well I guess the 2 minute 4th qtr drive against the Rams in the superbowl doesn't count.

People have such short memories. I can't believe these guys are getting paid to cover football.

What is this guy talking about "You gotta have signature moments" ?? what the heck does an amazing individual play made by not a QB AND his reciever mean toward someones overall legacy in comparison to winning Superbowls?

First half thoughts:

The offense is... off. Manning is over throwing his receivers. When he's not, receivers are dropping passes.

The defense looks as good as I've seen all year. Point noted on who's lined up on the other side.

This game is 17-0 because of Jack Del Rio going for it, what, three times on 4th down? The play calling as been awful.

You're wrong though, or you misunderstood me. These aren't the same Colts we beat in 2003-2004. But the are the same Colts we nearly beat in 2006 and the same Colts the Steelers beat in 2005. The real difference this year is we aren't anything like any Patriots team the Colts have ever faced, win or lose.

yes, the Colts' defence has been controlling this game, much more than their offense.
