The Mahomes/Chiefs Discussion Thread

The point is that there was no deflation, thus no crime. All of the rest is just noise to justify punishing Tom for success.

Screw job.

Report: NFL covered up key Deflategate evidence that favored Pats

Even Mac10 AKA TommyBrady12 knows and understands all of this, as does any intelligent fan. He's just using this thread as his personal litter box.

Very likely Brady and the ballboys were deflating footballs in other games, if not the 2014 AFCCG. No one calls himself The Deflator for no reason.

I noticed you are avoiding the topic of spygate, which was far worse than deflategate (as I've stated before). Bill's spying operation from 2000-2006 helped every player on the team, including Captain Checkdown.

And as I've repeated, Mahomes success has been completely clean, just like fresh snow.

How come Kermit can't beat Tom Brady, winner of more Super Bowl rings than all NFL teams and the man who knowledgeable fans call the greatest of all time, when the games matter most? Guess Brady must be in Kermit's head rent free. That's the only logical explanation...

Because Brady's team was better in both instances. And you still haven't addressed spygate and why that shouldn't count against Brady.

Fixed it for you.

Why would I address spygate, you already did that on the Broncos board. I can find more receipts there if you want

Ah, so you can't defend Bill's actions. Got it.

So I guess by your logic Plummer, Sanchez, Flacco, Eli, Tannehill, and Foles were the better QB when they played Brady. Got it again.

Does Kermit cry when he thinks of Tom Brady the GOAT? I wouldn't blame him. Can't beat him in games that matter. Definitely a stain on his legacy. When he retires... "yeah but you couldn't beat Brady when it mattered" will hang over his legacy like a dark cloud.

Better than being associated with spygate or deflategate...

Because he went 16-0 the season when they were penalized for it after the first game.

Mahomes is squeaky clean, alright, he just relied on a guy who abuses women and children to win.

That say nothing about SB 36, 38, 39. In each of those years, the Pats faced at least one team in the postseason they had already played earlier in the year. Hmm...

LMAO dude, did you forget about Aaron Hernandez?

Did the Pats win anything with Hernandez?

If the NFL doesn't screw up the playing field for SB 57 it is likely your boy is 1-2 in Super Bowls.

If it weren't for Dee Ford and Marshawn Lynch not getting the ball, your boy would be 5-4 in Super Bowls. Your point?

They also lost to a team they faced in the regular season in the 2005 Divisional (Denver) and the 2006 AFFCG (Indy).

Anything else?

Dee Ford played against Brady in the SB? Cool story!

Marshawn didn't get the ball because he was 1 for 5 from the 1 yard line that season. He also got stuffed on 3rd and 1 by the Pats defense in that game. Belichick mind-f'ed them into throwing the ball there. He put in a goalline defense that they had not used all season.

Yes, those were road games. Perhaps Ernie Adams didn't make the trip or called in sick.

Spygate was never about location. That was for team's video departments for posting highlights and stuff to their websites. A team's football operations were never permitted to tape signals. The whole location argument was being pushed by Pats fans who were uneducated about the rules. If it were about location, Goodell would have said so as he was itching to help Kraft and avoid embarrassment for the league. The Pats organization should be grateful that Goodell only spent 4 days "investigating" spygate. Had he hired an independent firm like he did in deflategate, it would have made the Pats look so much worse. And the 31 other owners knew it.

“This episode represents a calculated and deliberate attempt to avoid longstanding rules designed to encourage fair play and promote honest competition on the playing field,” Commissioner Roger Goodell wrote in a letter to the Patriots.

Must be frustrating to be a Kermit fan. He's never beaten Brady when it matters and he never will. The Kermit fans know Brady is better than their Kermie and always was.

What a shame. Can't possibly become the GOAT one day when you're 0-2 against the GOAT today.

Nice throw Kermit.

Please share your copies of the NFL Rulebook from 2001, 2003 and 2004.

A detailed investigation would have revealed how widespread this was, which is why they wrapped it up quick.

Citing Goodell is hilarious.

Kermit is so clutch when it matters most.
