I hate KC because of the fans and some of the players, though at least they got rid of Hill. Kelce is still a **** though. But very few rosters have no guys without character questions.

That being said we must admit what KC is doing right now is Special. They have been on a hell of a run. In the past 5 years they lost the AFCCG 2 times, lost the SB once and won it twice. 5 straight times in the final 4. That is amazing. The patriots are one of the few teams in history to have gone on a better run with 8 straight appearances in the final 4. Including 2 SB loses and 4 SB wins. I don't think there is any other team that even matches KC's run of final 4 appearances. I sure hope they don't break our record, but it seems unlikely

KC since getting Mahomes has been the second most consistent team in NFL history as far as a stretch of dominance, but now with Mahomes REALLY getting paid things will be harder for them. We will see how it goes.

In a different topic about KC. Their cap situation is interesting. So far they have had a underpaid Mahomes, but while they won this year, they were Incredibly lucky health wise. Their thin-ish roster didn't come back to bite them. There are some easy ways they can save money with contract renegotiation if players are willing, but most of them have decent leverage.

They have a number of good free agents on the block and frankly have been insanely lucky health wise not just this year but during there entire run. I don't care what was said about Mahomes ankle, clearly it didn't effect him much. Not to mention at 33 Kelce hasn't missed a step. I know he's more of a WR than a TE but still. I feel like KC is in for a lot of pain next year. Both in FA and in the injury department. They've been too fortunate recently. This is not me wishing misfortune on them, but acknowledging that things in the NFL tend balance out. No good bounces without bad bounces. No good calls without bad calls. No healthy years without unhealthy years.

I think things are going to go badly for KC next year starting from Free agency and not stopping. Yet they will still make the playoffs, cause they have Mahomes. Just like we did cause we had Brady.

I'm a professional KC hater, but they draft well, their defense is young and just won the Superbowl and they have cap space to do stuff. They should be the favorites

Don't forget that time he deferred to start OT against the Jets. With Tom Brady as his quarterback. Brady never saw the ball. Patriots ultimately lost the #1 seed because of it and then lost to a broken down Peyton in Denver in the AFCCG. Peyton with his gimpy arm would have had no shot in an AFCCG in Foxboro.

It seems like he struggles more with things outside of the X's and O's, but even those are rare. I thought that his benching of Welker for the beginning of a Jets game took his team out of the game mentaly.

One thing that doesn't get a lot of play is the possibility that Kraft gives Bill a budget that includes coaches and player's salaries and that maybe Bill skimped on coaches salaries last year so he could give more to himself and his kids.
