The critics have blasted them all season, but Sunday night the Patriots defense proved that they really are better than people think.

@ryjacques U watch stupid. they pay nfl because you watch. so stop watching. do us both a favor.

@rtmcnamara @ryjacques Then why you writing to me? I didn't write u.

@PeterIBreen it's weird because he knows football. Just a strange blind spot

@ricked82 By every statistical measure, any analytic, Ryan and Brady were 1-2 this season.

@MarcusPapas he whiffed on at least back-to-back plays, but I haven't gotten there yet

Did you know that Mike was asked to coach? 92. ... 93. ... https://t.co/F4wsYrzaS0

Patriots knew exactly how Steelers would react, to the point that Edelman never stopped moving, started walking to new spot.

RT @SportsCenter: Tom Brady is on the cover for ESPN The Magazine's Super Bowl Preview Issue. https://t.co/u5NKMkgtbw

That was the Patriots toying with, out-coaching the Steelers. One team was playing chess, other checkers.

PIT had something cooking when out of I form, 11 went in motion (staple play). Then Brady audibled Jordan & NE went spread, 26y pass to 15

I don't mean to like Corinne. She's a hot mess. But that confrontation with Taylor won me over. And the nudity https://t.co/2kiVVutLf8

RT @KevinShockey: This is a GREAT video... Cab driver says John Elway is best QB of all time, didn't know he was IN the cab! https://t.co/T…

    Yes, GRONK is a classic meathead, but I don't think he's "can't spell CAT if you spot him the 'C' and the 'A'"-type dumb.

    Meathhead? Dumb? I don't think dumb people pick our offense that quickly like he did last year. This impression people have of him is strange to me. I think it is rather boyishness characteristics projected as dumbness.

    exactly...like when Otter says about Bluto.."hes just a big dumb animal...just keep your fingers away from his mouth" but at the end Bluto ends up a future senator....uh...wait...maybe that's not such a good analogy

    I actually agree with you here. Gronk is def better than Pettigrew.

    I really think that Moeaki is a beast though and potentially a Hall of Famer type player but we'll see if he can stay healthy. I have been watching him since his college days and really like his game.

    Jimmy Graham's play speaks for itself obviously.
