My God I love when you make blanket statements like they are true facts across the board because your experience says that's the way it is for every man. Granted I was a late bloomer and didn't go thru puberty until I was 17 and a half but I was 6'3 for the longest time until when I was 26 a random work annual measurement had me at 6'4. Been that height ever since so yes some people do keep growing later in life and don't fully mature until their mid twenties. There is a reason the prime years in an NFL contract is considered when they are 25-29, they are still growing into their "man body".

Teams are willing to offer significant salary guarantees to UDFAs because it's generally low risk. The only way a team gets screwed on an UDFA salary guarantee is if nobody signs them after training camp; unlike a signing bonus, the salary guarantee can be offset by money paid by other teams.

Anyone that has played high school sports knows they lie about your height and weight to make the team look better. I started laughing when I opened it up and found myself an inch taller and 20 pounds heavier. I didn't argue it. This continues on in college and pros.

I noticed that Buffalo hardly used him in their offense other than blocking. He was a big Special Teams guy for the Bills.
