If you want to see thirsty females, check out Edelman's Instagram (if you have that) comments. Good lord that guy can pick and choose as he pleases. Must be nice.

I wish I could John Malkovich into Edelman for 1 weekend

Got damn it Edelman...save some of them for the rest of us.

Heh, Edelman might not agree with that so much. Miss Sweden will have a claim on his wallet for at least the next 18 years.

Ouch, thats going to cost him!

Funny how that works.. if I paid child support, it'd be like $1500 a month or whatever.. but if Edelman has to pay child "support", it will cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.. or potentially millions

It's an incredibly broken system that is basically a golden ticket to some people. It doesn't cost $500,000 a year to raise a child, so these guys shouldn't get fleeced and be forced to provide a glamorous lifestyle to the mother of their kid.. its suppose to be for supporting the child, not putting mommy into a mini mansion with a sports car and vacations all over the world for 18 years which is what it turns into

Tough break for Edelman, but at least the amount will go down once he retires from football

Or he could challenge for custody and pay her nothing. Should be quite simple to prove he can provide a better life to his child.

I've never heard of that. Doesn't the court presume the birth mother has primary custody?

Here's the receipt. Lucky man.

That's not really how it works. They don't give that much in child support to screw the father over. They do it to give the kid similar lifestyles with both the mother and the father. The courts want to make it equal for both so that the child will not favor one parent over the other. Most kids would end up picking the parent who has money to give them anything and everything they want, can have all the time in the world for them, and take them all over the world, and has a massive house with a game rooms and a swimming pool as opposed to the parent who is living in a 2 bedroom apartment working 9-5 to make ends meat. They don't want the child alienating the parent who cannot give as much as the other.

It's been happening for decades that at this point if guys don't want to pay they need to wrap it up.

Most mothers do get primary custody unless they are seen as unfit. At best it would be joint custody but that generally will be weekdays with one parent and weekends with another. Considering Edelmans profession the mother likely will have primary custody unless she's unfit.

I think he's the best. He's worked so hard to get where he is and i'm happy he's reaping the rewards

My fiancée and I are currently living on opposite side of the Atlantic because she is trying to get primary custody to bring her daughter over to the UK. She was seen as less fit because she traveled a lot while her ex was in a fixed spot. I would imagine a model would likely move a lot.

Here's what's funny about that: she recently moved to Massachusetts after getting pregnant, I'm assuming to help her case against Edelman.

I believe that, suit aside, he and his baby mama are trying to work things out a la Brady and Moynahan.

The evening consisted of a ****tail hour, two hours of drills...
I would have been toast already. I guess that's why he's a super star.

No sane person would move to Mass unless they're trying to be involved in a scheme. Something stinks here! Also heard she was on the phone with her mother for sixty minutes the other day. Cooking up a plan? Is there even any proof that links having sex to getting pregnant? I'll be curious to see the Exponent report.

Not only that, if you are rich take the condom with you. Never know when a woman can accidentally get pregnant with a used condom you left lying around

What I can't figure out is why she's coming to Massachusetts when we already have thousands of Swedish models living here. They're hard up for work; one of them is cleaning my furnace right now.
