If Oakland beats the Chargers the following week the way Miami did, Oakland will get their first win to have the same 1-9 record as the Jets (who have a bye week). The difference is that the Jets will enter Ralph Wilson Stadium the following week on Nov 23rd winless since September 7th, the date they beat the Raiders, the #31st best team in the NFL.
Or, if Oakland loses to the Chargers, the Raiders are more likely to beat KC than the Jets are to beat Buffalo (even with an extra week to prepare), so Jets will take over as the worst team by that point, even if tie-breaking procedures for the draft may say otherwise...
