This has an opening post with good commentary and information, which we definitely recommend reading.

Now the Jets are just becoming dangerously bad.

They may finish last, but they could become the most penalized team in NFL history! Bravo.

Seriously. With Rex on the hot seat I wouldn't be surprised if this newfound dirtiness comes as a result of him going all out in desperation.

Don't look forward to playing these scumbags again after putting Locker in a hospital and what they tried to do to Talib. NFL is considering fining Wilkerson for that hit, despite the no flags.

I hope they do something, because I don't like what I'm seeing from this team.

After watching (live!) buttfumble 2.0, you gotta know that Sanchez is on the sideline smirking and thinking to himself "this is the future QB of the JETS? Seriously? I can't wait to get outta here."

And I agree about the dirty plays. It's a sign of weakness and desperation, a mob of players whose egos are in panic mode. They make the old Raiders look like choir boys just now.

It does seem that they are playing with nothing to loose.

Rex will be gone by week 10 if this keeps up.

It will be a sad day to loose the circus in NYC.

The Yets are most undisciplined team in the NFL.

Just like their leader.

Once again, for the brainless pinhead that can't seem to understand basic English...this is the Jets suck thread...try to follow the crumb trail back home to your cardboard box down by the river...
Throw another log of meaningless rhetoric onto the bonfire of empty thoughts.

That blaze will reach the heavens soon.

LOL, pot, meet kettle. Careful, Rook.

The Joker is our resident Jets homer and best friend of Roger Goodell. You won't get anywhere bashing him. (PS, only one of the two preceeding sentences is true).

I'm not sure if you understand the thread. This is not for Jet fans to come in and offer reasons that they don't suck such as a very good DL and improved LB's.

It's more of a philosophical treatise on what a joke the Franchise in general is. The Jets team may play well for stretches. They may have some good players. But as an organization the sum of the whole = suckage.

Rex Ryan is a clown. Maybe he was a good defensive coach at some point. But he is a clown as a head coach and I will be sad when they wise up and can him.

Jets fans talk up guys that are average at best players. They are delusional and that is being kind. They're more like that wife who keeps getting beaten and keeps coming back because he promises he'll change.

Every off-season is those few days between beatings. Every season has some bright spots where he buys you a new dress. And every season ends up with a black eye and broken bones.

Plus there is also the undeniable fact that the Jets suck. So really the above is all bull**** we really just come here to make fun of the Jets because they are joke. Hope that helps!

Pot...kettle? Hardly. Apples & oranges is more like it patdeb. My original point was media-troll directed and some not-so-clever, not-so-smart asswipe dials up the personal swipes?

Besides, with all due respect patsdeb, why are you jumping me on something that had (and has) nothing to do with you?

Scrizz: not a Jet fan-a football fan not obsessed over a team that hasn't won a SB in eons.

Just trying to offer a little friendly advice. You are taking this thread, the Joker and yourself way too seriously. I won't respond to you any more if that will make you feel better.

For today's comic relief, here is Rah!Rah!'s "I thought the Jets played extremely well in a blowout loss and if not for one or two plays, the Jets would have crushed the Titans" delusional post and thread:

Besides the rash of pathetic stupid threads by what seems to be a new breed of idiots on the board.

Yep, Geno had a rookie day, the TO's were bad, Hill not finishing the post route on the opening play was equally as disappointing.

TO's were the story of the game, remove or minimize the TO's, it's a different game.

Jets D came to play, they were put in tough spots on most of the Titan TD's, save the last one.

Despite the TO's, despite the idiotic banter of that dumbass Deirdoff, I thought Geno stood tall, despite the mistakes, he didn't show a lick of negative emotion. To me, I saw a QB that knows he made mistakes, but it won't break him, at least he didn't show it today, and I think that is huge. This was something we did not see with Sanchez, and as a Sanchez guy, his negative energy, the slouching of his shoulders after bad plays, I think Geno does a far better job handling himself. So now we have some adversity, let's see how he responds. The coaches will need to coach, Geno will need to learn from it and develop, it's all apart of the growing pains.

Nobody should be making a big deal of this, but I see the dumbasses in the post game already are, and Leberfield needs to STFU, he's awful.

I'm torn on whether I think the Jets should let Ducasse play through some of these mistakes, he has the physical ability, it's obvious, but the mistakes are mental. But, they can't keep happening, it might be time to make the switch to Winters.

Random thoughts:

-The shot on Hill was pathetic, no flag?

-I didn't think the Locker injury was worthy of a penalty, it was close. He also didn't get hurt on the Wilkerson hit, it was the 2nd hit where Locker falls back into Coples where he gets hurt.

-Gates looks like he's playing hurt, but he needs to step up, it would be nice to have his speed and ability as a weapon

-Good to see Winslow step up, and the TE's get into the game calling, although, when Hill and Holmes go down, the WR's take a hit

-Glad that Holmes' injury is a hamstring, and not the foot, hopefully not serious.

-Thought Kerley hit his head on the turf, hope there is no further development of a second concussion

-Had no problem with the game plans on either side, Rex said they were out coached and outplayed, I didn't see that, I saw the turnovers kill them more than anything else.

-Looking forward to Goodson returning next week, it's obvious he will become a big part of the game plan, but the Jets missed both Goodson and Ivory today, hopefully, Ivory is back next week as well

-Some are making a big deal of our schedule, I don't think the Atlanta game will be overly difficult, that is a banged up team that isn't playing well, and their strength goes up against our strength with a less than healthy roster. I don't think the Steeler game will be insurmountable either

-2-2 sucks, but I think we can go 2-2 in the next four

-It sure seems like the refs are flag happy and are making calls based on reputation and not what they are seeing. The flag on McIntyre was pathetic, that hurt because it extended a drive that would become a scoring drive instead of a play where the Titans should have punted.

-We obviously missed Milliner, especially on the TD right before the half, I think he makes that play on the alley-hoop pass.

-I think the best part of today, MM didn't curl up and put the offense into the fetal position, and neither did his players, especially his rookie QB. They kept picking themselves up, and continued to execute the game plan. I think this more than anything is what hurt Sanchez, because the previous OC's coached scared and galled the game scared, MM doesn't do this, not at all, he rants, he raves, he sends the team right back out and asks them to continue to work, to me, this is a big deal, this is what we want in the offense and especially our offensive coordinator.

Again, it's weird, I didn't see a Jets team that was outplayed, outcoached, I saw a team that beat itself, penalties, turnovers.

It's a young team, people will forget that, but with a young team, and a rookie QB, we need to let the coaches work these kids through the growing pains, it's only week 4 of the season.

Not even that upset...

Holy ****, did anyone actually start reading some of the comments on the JI board in their Pats-Falcons SNF game thread?

LOL.

When we started winning, and just after their worst nightmarish visions of us winning the Super Bowl in NY this year started creeping into their puny little brains, the thread descended into "FU troll" and "knock knock jokes" by page 2 like a bunch of half twitter mental midgets.

Priceless.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reports that Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez has decided to undergo season-ending surgery on his torn labrum. Sanchez hopes to delay surgery another week or two, but he knows that surgery is inevitable and that his season is over. Sanchez faces a 4-6 month recovery, according to a person informed of the rehabilation process.

yeah..what's he having done?..a facial ass-sphincterectomy to remove all that butt?

My theory: after Gee-No!'s four ridiculous turnovers yesterday, and after observing Li'l Marky tutoring Gee-No! on the bench, team brass figured it was best to separate the two ASAP. Gee-No!'s behind-the-back buttfumble sealed the decision.

Real cheap shot by the Green Beans on Jake Locker, by the way. It's about time some of those green b@stards got suspended.

what is the absolute best is that the entire green rat crew of scumbag McGimpleys at J.I. who thought they could get rid of the azz stink and stench of butt from last season's horrible buffumble debacle have now got to live with yet another season of being the league's laughing stock. It must really suck to know everyone you ever meet while wearing your rat green, turd stained jerseys are now and forever whispering and snickering behind your back.

There is only ONE solution.....disband the entire organization. Blow it up, burn it and bury it. Let the NFL give a franchise to a new venue where the fans are actual homo sapiens.

I applaud you on your powers of perspective and discernment! This is a reasonably conceived idea with ample merit. Not to nitpick, but wherever they bury the charred remains must be declared a federal Superfund site, because the toxic half-life would be about 500 million years.
