A team captain, alone with his thoughts: smokin' a blunt ... $@#& fat-ass coach ... &$#@ idiot quarterback ... smokin' a blunt ... #@&? moron offensive coordinator ... #$@& cretin Fireman Ed ... smokin' a blunt ...

****, what's my kids' names again? F-it. Smokin a blount.

You know your organization is in trouble when Holmes is one of your captains. Scum bag team with scum bag fans. Enjoy

Sanchez finished the season with a QB rating of 78.2, which was 23rd in the league or, as I've been saying, bottom tier.

It must be nice having that really high ceiling, though.

Just felt like posting some GG JI misery

Rex has proven this year ( to me):

-he is unable to motivate and discipline this team
-he is unable to see the faults of the team and make improvements( schotty/ fa's/draft/sanchez)
- i personally question his football intelligence
- he should kiss BB's rings

What, you don't like being the loudmouth underachievers of the league?

Holmes
Pull that f..cking C off his jersey!!

No excuses for this piece of crap...Hes not a team player....Definately not a Captain...Cut his ass by 4:15 pm today

Reading JI for the fun, I just came across this one. Tunescribe and Joker will love it:

Other teammates did, too, especially the most respected player in the locker room, future Hall of Famer LaDainian Tomlinson, who unloaded on Holmes. He basically said that Holmes -- a captain, for crying out loud -- shut it down, mentally.

If the U.S. Army had captains like Holmes, we'’d all be speaking Japanese.

And it's probably going to get better in the upcoming days and weeks. :rocker:

it takes about 100 years for a QB to progress..lets give him a chance

If anyone feels like having a good old fashioned roll around on the floor laugh have a look at Nick Folk's onside kick at the end of the game.

BTM, you should really take a look at the group he finished ahead of:

Cassel - Lost his RB (Charles) and TE (Moeaki) right at the start. Started slow and got hurt.

Freeman - Complete crash and burn

McCoy - Second year guy who'll probably be replaced as a starter next year

Tebow - Less than 16 starts under his belt, got to the playoffs (sound familiar, Mr. Sanchez?)

Grossman - Need I say more?

Bradford - Second year player, new system, lost all his receivers and linemen, oft-injured

Ponder - Rookie QB on a lousy team

Skelton - Stiff who took over when Kolb went down

Painter - 'nuff said

Gabbert - Rookie (lousy one at that)

Of all the QBs in the NFL, that's what Sanchez can point to as having outdone in QB rating.

But it's all the fault of Schottenheimer!

Being on top of That list makes Sanchez the official King of Mediocrity!

I read that article in the link about 4 times. It was SOOOO DELICIOUS that I just couldn't stop at 1 reading

Not enough misery can befall that horrible franchise for my liking.

p.s. The Jets Suck

Some more on Mr. Sanchez:

27th in completion percentage
5th highest INT total
26th (tied) in YPA

About the only place his numbers were significantly better in 2011 than in 2010 was in his TDs, and his turnovers pretty much offset that

2010: 17 TDs, 13 INTs, 9 fums, 1 lost fum
2011: 26 TDs, 18 INTs 10 fums, 8 lost fum

So, in 2010, Sanchez was +3 in the TD/turnover comparison. In 2011, Sanchez was +0 in the TD/turnover comparison.

having rex ryan coach your team must be like dating snooki.

“I thought we’d win it the first two years. I guarantee we’ll win it this year.”

Rex, "i'm not a loser" ........Ahh yes you are you fat bi-otch

Rex Ryan: “I’m not a loser” | ProFootballTalk

“I’m always going to chase a Super Bowl,” Ryan said. “I know I get criticized for it beyond belief. But if you don’t, then you’re probably a loser. I’m not a loser.”

This probably could use its own thread but there are enough Rats/Fatso threads already.

Rex should get back to chasing the buffet table. It's what he is better at anyways.

Please someone tell me if I'm wrong, but didn't yesterday's games play out to be within 2 points of the Jets losing their way out of the playoffs? If Tennessee loses by a point instead of winning by a point, then wouldn't all of the teams that needed to lose have lost, thus making it possible for the Jets to get in by winning against the Dolphins? Denver lost, Oakland lost, Cincy lost...and Tenn won, barely.

Am I wrong?

Without the customary hyperbole we enjoy in this thread, reflect on this regarding Ryan and players. He brought in Mason whom he knew from Baltimore. Yet Mason's demeanor was SO negative that he had to be flushed mid-season. Can we stop hearing about what a great players' coach Rex is? And about how good he is at motivating a team? His act worked for a brief time but opposing coaches with maturity and an eye for a longer than few years career know that Ryan's tactics are short lived and worse yet come at a fierce price. Rex gambled that he'd win a SB in his 1st couple seasons and get the immunity pill for his career. He lost and even his defensive creeds are tarnished by this season's Jets D regression. Without the good fortune of having the league's best CB Revis, that D would be sorry.
