The NY Jets have finally gotten so bad that they've broken the laws of physics.

Against the Broncos, I saw a Jets team that could suck and blow at the same time.

I don't see why everybody's ganging up on Gang Green's offense. I mean, the Jets did manage to put 41 points on the board this week. Although I suppose it doesn't help that six of them were scored by the left guard after a fumble on the 1, and two of them were a safety scored by the D, and there's another 12 that actually went in their opponents' columns, and that they needed two games to do it. . . .

Hmm. Maybe there is something to this after all.

When the upside for your "franchise QB" is that he becomes a "game manager" who won't actively impede your team's ability to win games, it takes a lot of mental acrobatics and contortionism to convince yourself that he's actually worth salvaging. At that point, conspiracy theories start to look quite rational.

Rather than deal with the fact that Sanchez has such a low ceiling, a lot of Jets fans are digging into the ground to make the room look bigger.

No one seems to care that the Green Beans themselves are racist toward Sanchez. They call him "Nacho" all the time. I think they all should be fined and forced to take remedial coursework in racial sensitivity, just as they did after the Inez Saenz sexual harassment incident.
