New HC and they will get Higgens.

Mayo as HC will repel Higgens.

Sign Higgins, it’ll be stupid money but you have stupid money to spend

Sign Godwin to something 2-3 years
Sign Thielen for 1-2 years

Draft a WR in the top three rounds.

Now you have something resembling an offense
As @signbabybrady would oblige.. we need the type of WR talent that would make it hard for any body starting now to get on the field next season. Go super aggressive to get WR talent in here and let them all compete in camp.

Tyreek Hill wants out too although I doubt the Dolphins would trade him to the Pats. Davonte Adams is likely to be cut. There is always a chance that the Bengals feel they cannot get a deal done with Ja’Marr Chase and decide to trade him (doubtful, but a possibility). DK Metcalf could be on the table. There are potential options if the Pats don’t go with Higgins.
I like the DK Metcalf option if we can get him for a 3rd. He'll want a big shiny new contract but will be worth as our new WR1.

For whatever it's worth, I came back home to Cincinnati this week and caught up with my good friend whose a massive Bengals fan.

He's of no worry that Higgins will be leaving. The Dallas post-game interview Burrow was asked how it feels to be in his last year with Higgins, to which he responded "It's not. We're making it work. There are plans in place."

Higgins also fired his agent and now has Chase's agent, with Higgins wanting to work together for a solution to stay in Cincinnati.

Higgins truly has the best set up he could ask for in Cincinnati. Arguably the top WR1/2 combo with an incredible QB to boot. Had their defense not **** the bed this year, it would've been much different. If they keep it together, they can make a run for a ring and be immortalized. All of them on their rookie deal. It's hard to beat.

These are the words of a Bengals fan, though, so take that however you may.

We are now in the Year of our Lord 2025. The last time we had a true “WIDE” receiver who actually made an opposing defense game plan for him was in 2010 and his name was Randy Moss. I’m certainly not saying Tee Higgins is the next Randy Moss *BUT* at least a defensive coordinator knows his name and who else is available (free agent or draft) that provides us with a competent outside receiver while also allowing to select our first priority which is a competent OT capable of keeping our QB out of concussion protocol??!! The alternative is drafting our next “One Catch Wonder” in Round 2-7.

We don't need Higgins. We just need one of the top 3-4 WRs. Higgins, Godwin, Cooper, Diggs. There are a few very solid WRs. We don't need to lock up the young guy as much as get help immediately.

We need to get some o line help for sure though. We need to sign st least 2 offensive lineman who are solidly starter level guys and 1 of those WRs. Then draft a top wr. And some more o line for the long term. Imo here is how free agency should go.

Diggs wr. Smith G. Robinson OT.

Then draft Hunter and a guard in round 2. Another WR and ol in 3 and 4. Then worry about defense. We need to use 4 picks on offense in the first 4 rounds. Period.
