VS Philly the Refs called 3 penalties on the Eagles and 4 on the Bills. Which does not look like much, but half of the Buffalo penalties led to a Philly score.
First there was the Allen fumble that was border line Tuck rule, that didnt go Buffalos way. Philly scores 7 on the ensuing drive - 7 - 0 Eagles. Next, there was McMutt crying about Buffalo interference with the Eagles punt returner to no avail and 15 yards. Philly scores 3 on the ensuing drive after Buffalo holding also gives the Eagles a new set of down in Bills territory. 10 - 0 Eagles. Then, the Refs gave Devonta Smith a reception, but McMutt was forced to challenge. McMutt had lost every challenge to date because... the Refs.
I guarantee that this officiating crew just made the Mafia list. Bills’ early momentum erased by costly officiating blunder in Week 17
Vs NE, the Refs called 7 penalties on the Pats. Buffalo had only 2 penalties. They are actually blaming McDermott
