Should we take safeties off our boards?

It occurs to me that, now that the Pats have no 1st or 2nd round pick, the odds of BB reaching for some obscure, late-round Safety in the 2nd round have been significantly reduced.

First Id like to know how the team sees King and Ebner going forward. Maybe one of them can add to their core ST role.

Ebner had a monster ST year, he has athleticism to play S or even hybrid S/LB role (he is quick, strong, had insane 3-cone and SS). He plays with great strength (remember goal line D), he's elite tackler, finds his way in chaos. BB praised him this year as one of the most improved players he ever coached. Was coverage part of training and improvement? Id like to see him more on D.
