On Monday, newly signed Patriots quarterback Cam Newton released a new vlog over his YouTube channel saying his final goodbyes to Panther fans as he works towards the future elsewhere.
The vlog, albeit filmed before joining the Patriots, provides an inside look at Newton’s offseason training regimen while clarifying he never asked for a trade out of Charlotte.
“Right now, I feel angry, I feel let down,” Newton says. “But at the same time, I’m not bitter, you know what I mean? I know since the first day that I came into this league, that this day was going to come.”
