Not sure why so many assumed that it would be one or the other (Talib/Sherman). It’s like people think there aren’t any other contending teams.

One would have to think we could’ve had either one, had Belichick wanted to pay that much. It’s hard to get a read on the market for Sherman when no one even knows if he’ll make a full recovery or not.

I think we’ll probably make a play but I don’t know how competitive we’ll be. It will be hard to compete with a team with 70m in cap space. And I think the 49ers will look to be aggressive this year.

This does not surprise me. Tons of cap space and he knows the division. Other than NE they make a ton of sense.

His wife is a SEA girl so this allows him to stay on the West Coast.

We'll see. BB might take him to Kelly's Roast Beef at Jordans Furniture and doodle on some napkins. That'll win Sherm over I'm sure....
