If Tom Brady was suspended for being generally aware of a BALLBOY purportedly trying to influence the outcome of the game, doesn’t Flores admitting awareness to an OWNER purportedly trying to influence the outcome of games put him in hot water? Does the morals clause require him to report that? Does it require him to report purported attempts to tamper?

Who's more at fault? The owner who asked him to tank or him for not reporting that owner?

Andy I do want to apologize for my last sentence "..what it says about you.."
I overstepped there. This whole minority hiring thing is a sore subject for me and I let my temper get the better of me. It all ties in with the overall corruption of nfl owners and goodell. Something that we know all too well. Besides the "-gates" and racism theres also how they handled the whole disabled former players/cte/concussion etc thing.
But I shouldn't have posted that last sentence. I was out of line.

IMO it takes a big man to apologize. I respect the heck out of that.

It does make sense if we believe there was a conversation with Daboll before BBs texts , the zoom and before Flores.

It all comes down to how truthful you think the Giants are being as it relates to when they decided on Daboll.

Personally....I don't trust them. That organization is a joke and Mara is a slime.

He is suing the league for being racist and called belichick part of the problem. He claimed that belichick having influence is one of the reasons this happens.
What problem is Flores claiming belichick is part of if it isn’t racism?

Well, I am not so sure.... he is certainly calling the Giants racist, and he is also very critical of the (alleged) fact that Belichick influenced the Giants' hiring decision. A reasonable person could, by extension, infer that he is at least partially implicating Belichick.

It’s a valid question as to whether he bears any consequences if it’s true. Brady did for less.

I’m not sure how you think that filing a lawsuit against someone calling them racist is not attacking them.

Both are true and there is no conflict in those viewpoints, other than in your race driven views.

I think the real issue if nepotism and the good ol' boys network that exists in the NYFL. If they had more children I could see most of the Pats coaches being Belichicks and Lombardis. Does Nick Saban have any kids?

BB got into the NFL because of Nepotism, referrals from his father. Would anybody be upset if T Dungy had gotten his son a coaching gig?

So less than 10% now. That's in a league that's mostly minorities. That needs to change.

Players aren't coaches. Pointing to the number of players in the league as some reason for a percentage in coaching is 100% dishonest.

Thanks for posting this. Flores has the NFL's attention. That is good to see. Goodell issuing this letter after Flores' court filing is pathetic. I believe the NFL will emphasis the racial issues to minimize the gambling and game fixing issue which includes potential felony charges.
