The $100k per loss to get a better draft pick is absolutely as bad as anything the Patriots have ever lost draft picks over. Take the Dolphins' first round pick and then some.

I think it's really bad.

Teams have done it before though.

Oh if there is any justice in the world the league throws the book at Ross and takes away years of 1st rounders. But then again...filming in the wrong area and "allegedly" deflating footballs in the NFLs eyes is worse than throwing games and racism so...

The league certainly isn’t going to take the side of someone suing 3 of their teams, and we know the league takes sides, and chooses, or creates facts thereafter.
