You will never see Peyton Manning do that unless it really is a blatant penalty, because he's a "football player"

First and foremost, even before he's a great QB, Peyton Manning respects the game and it's history, that's been weened into him since birth, thus he is a "football player" before he is anything else and he would be ashamed to beg the officials to throw a flag every time some defender breathes on him

In short, Tom Brady is a self-centered diva who is coached by a convicted cheater and just wants to win by any means necessary, even if it means acting like a sissy on the football field and begging the officials to protect him

You may also want to refer him/her to a mental health specialist if he/she believes Manning doesn't petition the officials for penalty calls. That reflects something of an inability to grasp reality, or perhaps damage to long-term memory.

And I also see a great deal of rage in those words, potentially attributable to the Jets taking that first important step down the ladder with the loss yesterday.

Some form of counseling while working those issues out in the visitor's forum may be appropriate.
