It's good that he doesn't have a punctured lung. I don't think he would have come back in. That hit was in his head the rest of the game, though. He dropped a pass he routinely catches over the middle late in the game because he took his eyes off the ball to see where Thomas/Chancellor were.

I've been pounding the table for a punishing safety for years. Plays like that are exactly the reason why. That said, in today's NFL, that hit results in a 15 yard flag more often than not. And it absolutely shouldn't. That Browner got flagged for that in 2014 was a travesty.
