If it comes with an apology to Brady and dropping of the suspension, maybe he took a bullet for the QB. I could understand that. But I don't see that.

Even if Brady's suspension is dropped he should sue the NFL for defamation, where does he go to get his reputation back.

Not good enough for me. I'd rather have Brady suspended 2-4 games (depending on appeal) than losing that draft pick.

Pats have a solid history of drafting well in the first round.. even late. Giving up that pick is like a career suspension for a potential future starter (pro-bowler)
