Saints dismissed the Phins! And that is a good thing for the Patriots on multiple fronts. It isn't just the win it's the punch to the mind the Phins received. They went in thinking 'we are going to show we are one of the teams to beat in the AFC East and AFC in general!' and came out with the sinking feeling that they were pretending and it's business as usual for them.

Congrats to the Saints, they look real real good.

Thanks:singing:. I do agree its a punch in the face of that team. But its important to watch how thier team and QB responds. Brees didnt have the best coach, team, or 1st year, but came back and brought chargers to thier 1st AFC championship game later. You cant give up. ITs something to watch for if Tannehill has it.

The definition of holding a grudge = when you speak of the improbability of winning 2 SBs, my blood pressure ticks up a notch. To this day the suggestion of repeat instantly makes me to think about a certain PI call (and one TB pass) in the 05 divisional round playoff game. I think the PI was on...umm I forget, maybe Law....at almost the very end of the half on basically a heave up pass. That one call caused a really quick and bad chain of events that made a 3-0 Pats lead going into half time become 10-3 Denver lead. And the Patriots chances at a threepeat died. An accomplishment that is all but impossible in the modern day NFL.... ((I'll get over it someday ))
