I want Detroit to win because I had a good friend who was from Detroit who died a couple of years ago. I got to know him well while we were neighbors in Florida. He was a Patriot fan because Brady went to Michigan. While the Patriots were winning Super Bowls, he would always say (in the voice of "Eeeyore" how Detroit hasn't really won anything since the 1957 NFL Championship with Tobin Rote as QB, and Hoppalong Cassidy as HB. That team also had a MLB by the name of Joe Schmidt who many years later became coach of the Lions who said after another losing season, "sometimes life is a **** sandwich and everyday you take another bite". Definitely a cast of characters on that team.

In addition, the 49ers have won 5 super bowls and no need to have them tie the Patriots and Steelers at 6, I despise the Dirty Birds, and I don't like KC either. So yeah let the Lions be like the Patriots of 2002 and win it all.

Whoever wins the AFC has a massive quarterbacking advantage and will win the Super Bowl, i'll go with Mahomes purely because of experience and having been there and done it even though the Ravens are the better team and should win, this is their championship for the taking.
