"My gut feeling"

Cap is crap.

Just shows that you are too lazy to take the time to attempt to understand/appreciate BB's mastery of the salary cap.

"...was rated by Pro Football Focus as..."

A player's rating in the "People's Sexiest Man Alive" rankings is more relevant.

More generally, don't call quarterbacks by their first name. They're not your friend, and it reads like a sixth-grade school newspaper.

"the balls were significantly underinflated"

"Shoeless Joe, Lance Armstrong, Barry Bonds, A-Rod, Tom Brady."

"Prototypical quarterback." Prototypical doesn't mean what you think it means...

"Galvanized the team..." What, the team is rust-proof now?

How about in this context?
"Tom Brady has more integrity in his pinky finger than the entire league office combined."

Sports writers don't understand the word so the chance of them using it in proper context is slim.

He's a downhill runner.

"Need to run to win".
"Need to run to establish the pass."
