PFT- Antonio Brown can return in 2 weeks (UPDATE: Signing w/Tampa)

This is great but I just wonder all this talent on the field getting along. They don’t need AB. They should have traded for another defensive piece.
Yes, they do need AB. Godwin and Evans have been hobbling along. You can't assume after a few weeks they are healthy - Madden style.

If Tampa doesn’t start incorporating more quick pass/YAC setups now, they’re really clueless. They should use Brown much like Edelman except he’ll pick up 25 instead of 10 if you single team him with your nickel guy.

They need to use Brown’s versatility as an inside/outside threat instead of just sticking him out wide and having him run go routes like Evans.

Their offense right now is so frustratingly predictable....there’s no way they should be ranked around 10th in the league even with some injuries. They remind me of a 1990s offense.
Godwin is mostly a slot guy but can play outside. They have a lot of versatility.

Their offense is also 2nd in points scored. I've thought the Brady offenses were predictable given that we watch them weekly.

Was already going to Saints @ Bucs on November 8th. This should make the game more interesting.

Pats fans are. Bill Belichick fans are not. There are a lot of the latter on this forum.

Yeah, but no. Try again. I was a Pats die-hard long before BB arrived. Like many 45 + year-old posters here, I never missed a game during the 80s and 90s, even during the 2-14 sh*t show season. I suspect that many of the 2020 Brady-adorers who prefer to post in the Tampa thread have never experienced anything but success as Pats fans. That is the crew who all have boners right now over Tampa signing this scumbag.

I'm not rooting against Brady the player, I'm rooting against the Tom "TB12" Brady, the person.

This sounds like a well-reasoned and logical take.

Appreciate that. How about this: I'm not wishing that AB goes to a Tampa strip, gets infected with Covid-19 and then gives it Brady, but that would be poetic justice.

The Bucs better at least get to the NFC Championship game. Especially now. Anything less is a complete failure of a season. Maybe historically so.

No pressure or anything.

After losing howard and evans still being gimpy, it makes sense. Also see it as a blocker to not let Seattle get their hands on him, since TB could potentially play them in the playoffs.

I can't wait for browns first 150 yard 2 TD game while Krafty Bob watches his team struggle to score 3 touchdowns in a game

The Pats struggle to score 1 TD a game. Let's not get too optimistic.

Regardless, Brown is not the answer.

All he had to do was NOT threaten that woman. Couldn’t do it.

Its pretty clear to me releasing AB was what lead brady to leave newEngland....after they released AB brady became grumpy Brady.

Other than the talent idk why brady loves this guy. Hes an accused rapist and locker room cancer

I mean to believe he raped that girl you’d have to be a fool with an agenda

Did you even read the civil suit complaint? Come on, man. AB is a horrible person overall (much of that credit goes to the Steelers superstar culture), but that lawsuit is so full of holes.

he probably doesn’t care that lawsuit was laughable at best
