Pats vs donks

Please patriots don't start of with three fumbles in the first three possessions like the last Denver game.

Maybe, we didn't have Julius last game and our offense is at full strength. The one key injury today for us was Chris Harris, who's probably our best corner right now. Once he got hurt, he was replaced by Quentin Jammer and THAT is when SD started to move the ball. That was a huge loss for us today and the turning point for our defense.

As much as I want to believe Denver wins comfortably...and as much as some of you guys might think you'll win comfortably. Peyton vs Brady for a shot at the Super Bowl...I think this game winds up being pretty, pretty, pretty close.

Collins can handle Thomas. Don't underestimate him.

How badly was he hurt?

I think a key is Jones/Ninko got plenty of rush last night, but Luck either escaped or shrugged them off like Big Ben.

We are going from facing a mobile cannon arm QB to a noodle arm pocket passer. Jones and ninko need to beat their guys.

BTW, Welker reminded me of this guy today

lol I posted the same thing earlier.

Would be nice if Allen was able to go. When you're playing a game in the altitude a good punter would be a useful thing to have on your team.

I predict a heavy formation the first play with a play action 80 yard TD to Edelman.

Collins and wolverine ryan are the trump cards for this game. Collins has to wreck their gameplan.

It will be tough but I am much less impressed with the Bronco's than i was earlier in the season, especially after this game. They really didn't look that good against a SD team that was handing them the game. One game doesn't translate to the next but in terms of matching up with the Broncos next week I am really confident the Patriots can get the win. They have the coach, the QB, and a team that has been overcoming obstacles every week all season long. I like them in any one and done. Same approach defensively, sit back and limit YAC and sacrifice the run if you have to. Offensively just grind them down and own them late, just as they have done late this season. Imo you have to believe in Brady if they are close at the end so play it to be right there if they haven't already crushed the life out of them, which would be the best case scenario.

Denvers defense is not that good the pats should have no trouble moving on them as long as they dont turn the ball over 3 straight posessions.

Pats defense is ALOT better than the chargers. I actually tgink our secondary matches up well with them.

This would be a nice game to get dobson back

Okay now that the hype is starting to get pumped up, I am as well. Manning/Brady/Belichick perhaps for the last time in the playoffs...to go to the Super Bowl!?!

:rocker:

I'd love to see them really move Collins around. Definitely blitz Peyton. He's got that great quickness and ability to knife through.

Doesn't make that much. I love at 4500 and hike at 9000 plus. I usually don't notice it. Especially if you are in tip top shape.

Football players all say they notice it. Maybe they're not in tip top shape. I bike 40 miles regularly and run, and I was in Boulder last Sept., I had to walk quickly to my morning presentation, I noticed it going up the hill to campus on a 20 minute fast walk. Very easy to notice. You need fluids.

3 biggest keys to winning IMO:

- HIT MANNING
- Get turnovers, don't give them
- Guys stay healthy

Yes, that is the key, hydrated. But if you are in tip top shape it will be easier IMO. But hydration is needed. If you think you are fine, have a little more water.

You need hemoglobin to carry more oxygen. Takes the body a little while to adjust.

Are they allowed to bring as much oxygen as they want?

That's what I'm thinking as well luckily for us our Run D has improved so hopefully Moreno won't run all over us

Agreed, Siliga has stepped up big time. Let him run for 150+, but don't get beat by Pink Head. Those ducks will get picked with ours DBs. Dennard, Collins playing with a lot of confidence
