The one thing I wish the new CBA had done was allow teams to skip waivers for the PS (i.e., you can transfer them to the PS, and other teams can then sign them off the PS).

Unfortunate. Hopefully Crumpler's health is OK. I do think we'll sign a 3rd TE as opposed to going with one of the T's.

Yes. The alternative (that teams could force players to be on their PS) would be ridiculous.

More than a dozen teams tried to sign Yeatman as a UDFA, BB won over his agent.

Well? We knew the scouts were all waiting for us to make our cuts.
Those cuts, and would be PS players are going to start or play on other teams.
It's a byproduct of the Pats over all talent.
And btw... Scott Piolli's last few drafts here, stunk! We're doing better without him.
