That's two times this year already that Mayo found ZERO value in getting Drake a 2 minute hurry up offense drill at the end of the game.

Like dude, are you checked out? Ending the game with all 3 time outs with Drake in the red zone with those valuable reps to be had is dog ****.

The only thing that I can think of they don't want any injuries with game already lost

Drake Maye. 281 yards total offense. 88.3 rating. 3 TD passes. Offense scored 21 points.

Silver lining in a dark cloud.

Defense was sketchy, especially early.

Ugly, but flashed potential. Maye improved over the course of the game. I have no illusion about being competitive this year with the makeup of this team, on top of which injuries, but looking forward to watching Maye improve as the season progresses.

We ran to protect Maye. And Rham would have made a difference because he can break tackles.

Sprinkling in a little first down play action would of helped him, they were crashing down to stop the run on every 1st down.

Defense should be a concern, it's getting worse by the week.

Ill take that debut from maye any day of the week. Hopefully see more growth out of him and as long as he doesn’t move backwards this will be alotta fun to watch him this year. Pop was fantastic. Boutte hopefully continues to shine with drake.

Literally everything else, major concern even for a year one of a rebuild. We need improvement EVERYWHERE.

3-12 on third down isn’t gonna win many games. Maye’s 22-33 for 243 is an improvement, but 4 turnovers isn’t going to beat anyone.

1. Terrible coaching.
2. Terrible offensive play calling other than the 2nd TD. They ran almost every first down. WAY too many fake shotgun draws, too.
3. Douglas is a good football player and is still getting better.
4. Mapu played very well.
5. Our RBs are not good.
6. Terrible Defense.
7. It looks like we found our QB.

We should have got Trent McDuffie instead of strange. At least secondary won't be toast. Jonathan Jones is a walking corpse of his self now. Has aged badly.

Happy to admit I was wrong. Maye could be very good with a decent OL, playmakers and coaching

Maye looks like a gamer. His future looks bright. I’ll enjoy watching just to see his progress. Need to build the OL through the draft. Good news, when you’ve hit rock bottom the only way left to go is up.

That throw in the 4th qtr to Bouttee was a rope. Maye went through multiple progressions under pressure, and it looked like he was a pitcher in baseball throwing a fastball right down the middle.

Not many NFL QBs can do that.

On the other hand, you're picking at the very top of every round: 34, 68, 92.

You simply cannot blow it by picking Polk, Wallace and Robinson.

I'm thinking about replacing the OC over the summer and also the front office.

Maye missed a ton of throws. He throws a change up. He played just well enough that the Pats will waste a few years on him.

The TD throw to Boutee was a perfect long ball, but most of his passes were off the mark.

The defense got scorched!

Mayo looks like he has no idea what is going on.

Next week might be their last best shot at another win.
