Yes he did. 4-13.

and so far, despite the sos going into the season, it hasn't been reflected on the field.

and yes, they are worse on both sides of the ball - and who's fault is that? Not Bills. We had a full off season to make changes, a put together a new staff, to add players...
AVP is a bigger problem imo than Mayo. He’ll be the first to go if a change is made.

Bill was past his best before date here and at the end of last season they looked just as terrible as they do now.

The issue is Mayo. He doesn't know enough to be of use. AVP is flying solo because there is no one else to work thru the game plan with, to critique his play selection and calling.

On the bright side....as of 5:03PM EST

NE is on the clock

That’s a Jeets perspective.

LOL. Why not? I guess that passes for a positive outlook these days: "We are the second-worst team in the league and are damned proud of it."
Second worse thanks to a muffed long field goal snap and we end up with the 2nd pick in the draft! Cripes - Karma paying for 20 years of bliss is such a *****!

He's serviceable. Who by the eye test was the better QB on the field today. Not that it's a high bar but I will be waiting.
Dolphins 3rd stringer outplayed our 1st stringer but no bragging rights were exchanged….

He is a rookie head coach and coaches like one. Unfortunate they didn’t surround him with an experienced and credible staff to help him out.

It’s a bunch of things but at the heart of it all is Elliot Wolfe and the personnel. The Pats had no discipline today, stupid penalties and poor coaching to be sure.

However it all comes back to the fact that Jacoby Brissett is our QB and the OL was never improved but actually made worse.

Wolf is part of it. Don't want to get that far afield in this thread. Be a good topic for discussion though.

It ALL starts with Brissett, all of it.
Brissett makes the receivers look bad. (*)
Brissett makes the OL look bad. (*)
Brissett makes the coaches look bad. (*)
Brissett wears out the D because he can't keep the O on the field. (*)

(*) Yes, I know all of these make themselves look bad too.

You are what you are. Bad coaching, awful talent.

After Mayo's woke press conference I said this was a 2-15 team, I may have been overly optimistic.

Back-to-back home games...I feel like Maye might be a possibility for next week. Brissett did some nice things late, but there were so many tough moments...so it's going to be interesting to see what they do.
With that O Line he gets a shotgun snap and drops back 10 yds more, so a 20 yd pass is a 3 yd gain

I have been pounding the table to move Onwenu back to RG and to put Jacobs at one of the Tackle spots. It took them 5 weeks to try it, and suddenly the OL looked a lot better overall.
This is probably the best OL so far this year. Start them a bit more and start Maye in London!

And yes, we have Sow and Strange as possible upgrades to Jordan. It is still a poor OL. The weakest point is Thomas as the backup OT.
