I think the rule is different in college with no returns possible.

I just looked it up. It's a new rule- was just installed in 2015. A blocked FG may now be returned for 2 points.

It's funny how all the rule changes to make these higher scoring games, yet the Unders have been killing it this season. The defense still rules despite the O having all the advantages.
