Congratulations to Pittsburgh for getting their first down of the season. They are rolling now. If the Steelers could figure out to have every possession in the last two minutes of the half/game, they might be a dominant offense.
Because training camp and the preseason are now complete jokes where no one cares this is what the first few weeks of real football is gonna be from now on. Just junk. Gonna be even worse when they expand to 18 games.
Is it just me, or is the QB play to this point very much inferior even to what one would expect week one? Kinda weird in an era where everybody rattles on about hoiw qb play is more critical to success than ever. If this c--p is the new standard, maybe Mac actually could be a top-10 qb.

Can you imagine if Mac had a 35 yd first half like Burrows had? Especially wth all three of his A+ WRs healthy and the $250MM man's 85 yds isn't much better
This is what happens when you don't practise, don't hit, and don't play preseason games.
OTOH it's the kind of thing that might give the Pats a chance, when you ordinarily wouldn't think they had one.
