Can someone explain how they break up a post into individual quotes from that post......keeping the fragmented quotes in blue boxes with my non blue highlighted responses following each?

Use the QUOTE tags as shown above. Each quote tag begins a new "bubble," and every /quote tag ends it.

1.) Hit the quote button
Take a part of the quote that you want to respond to....

"Can someone explain how they break up a post into individual quotes from that post"

2.) Use "copy" function on first part of the quote function box, then paste it in front of the selected item:

"

Can someone explain how they break up a post into individual quotes from that post"

3.) Type, or copy/paste second part of the quote function box ([ / quote] at the end of it:

Can someone explain how they break up a post into individual quotes from that post

4.) Repeat as necessary:

keeping the fragmented quotes in blue boxes with my non blue highlighted responses following each?

You can also highlight the text you want to quote and hit the quote icon and it places the tags there
