I'll be very curious to see how/if Indy bounces back next week. They just seemed like such a stunned team today. Not that that should be excused. Let's see if they manage to summon some pride next week.
They got killed by Houston in week1 last year too.

The redzone channel has a free preview everywhere this week. I got rid of showtimes and Movie channel and replaced it with the redzone channel anyway but just in case anyone didn't know. I LOVE IT!

I don't know if you can use one games a barometer especially with Cassel injured bad enough that it was doubtful at one point this week that he would play. I think they are an overrated team, but I think Indy is one of the worst teams in the NFL.

I have a couple of close, lifelong friends living near KC...both have called me today...I guess enraged is too tame a term for it but it seems the fanbase despises Haley and so do the players. Seems Waters had no love for Haley and in turn, Haley shipped KC's best OL man off to N.E.

Their loss is our gain I'm hoping...

With the way Indy played today, and the way Houston has a way of sucking every year, Tennessee driving for a game winning FG with 23 seconds left could have an impact on who ultimately wins the AFCS.

And the Jags get a leg up.

That is what I'm thinking too. Chiefs just didn't show up today- they're not hearing the coach anymore.

Haley is gone after this season if not during it.

I imagine the spotlight in Indy will be focussed on Caldwell after todays debacle.

Sure no-one expected them to put up a raft of points with Collins - but their whole team fell apart at the seams - and in all 3 phases too.

As much as I dislike the Ravens, I hate the Steelers even more. Their fanbase is the most obnoxious, entitled and uppity in America. A collective group of insufferable d-bags. I don't despise their players so much, but their fans are ignorant and arrogant - a lethal combo. The Patriots have *****-slapped them forever and it goes up their collective ***es 8 miles, which is about 25 miles short, by my estimate.

Yet Caldwell is doing the exact job he was hired to do, stand there and don't do much. Meanwhile, where the spotlight should be shining on the architect of the Colt juggernaut, will remain in the shadows. Polian will spend half of his week using the media to throw blame around on everone but himself.

Epic meltdown by the Browns. Pretty pathetic.

Bengals got the go-ahead touchdown on a 41-yard play against no defense... the Browns didn't break the huddle until after Gradkowski snapped the ball.

And then on fourth down, McCoy threw to one of his linemen.

Percy Harvin. :rocker:
Touchdown Vikings! :rocker:

Seriously? I can just see Mangini grinning now. Blecch.

Dunlap has been quite a nice addition for the Bengals

I thought we were going to draft him,he was my 2nd round pick last year

Kaeding left the game; that just made the Chargers a more dangerous team.

Quick thoughts based on results but not watching anything but PHL/STL and PIT/BAL.

Vick is scary, but he gets hit too much. If he misses more than a game or two, the Eagles will have a long December.

The Steelers might be where the Pats were three years ago; let's see if they can rebuild without skipping a beat like the Pats did. I doubt it.

The chickens have truly come home to roost for the Colts...and in the season they brought the SB to Indy. I think I'm gonna cry. (Don't get me wrong. The League is worse off without P. Manning playing, but the Colts organization did nothing to prepare for his absence and that is what I'm crowing about.)

Didn't see the Bills and Chiefs, but I did have the Bills in that earlier poll going from "Worst to Wild Card" (the Pats will division, so they won't go "worst to first").

Atlanta's Super Bowl Season is off to a rocky start, isn't it?

If Norv Turner can't get the Chargers off to a winning start this season against an early cupcake schedule,he won't be coach by December
