Well this would explain some stuff
I wonder if Arians treatment of AB also had a small part in Brady leaving TB. There's rumors that Arians set AB off. He should have known better.

It would be ironic were the twin AB fiascos the final straws that caused Tom to leave both the Patriots AND Tamper.I wonder if Arians treatment of AB also had a small part in Brady leaving TB. There's rumors that Arians set AB off. He should have known better.

Tom doesn’t want control .. he had none here. He wants accountability and team goals over personal outburst ala BBThis is what I was trying to tell people here all along, that Arians was a significant problem -- something Tom was not used to from his head coach. For the same reason don't look for him to "unretire" in San Fran, Shanahan won't relinquish enough control.
At least Shanahan can scheme guys open. For 2 years I watched Brady have to throw 40 times a game into traffic. Just insane and obsolete type of offense. You have to help your QB and players with better play designs. I don't think he's going there but I doubt Shanahan would stand in anyone's way. I can't imagine Brady wanting to learn another system again and build rapport with a bunch of new players and linemen. Sounds exhausting at his stage. This is what I was trying to tell people here all along, that Arians was a significant problem -- something Tom was not used to from his head coach. I'm not sure to what extent you can use the word 'rigged', but I believe 100% they were allowing LA to score on that drive to make sure it came down to the last drive of the game. Why they were doing it, I don't know. You can't call nothing all game and call a PI or holding like that when 4th down for the game is coming up.I've always resisted the notion that the NYFL is fixed, but after this season and Brian Flores' revelation I have to say I was wrong. The NYFL has become wrestling.
I'm glad that I'm not a gambler. Those folks probably got robbed somewhere along the way.

Arians got ****y that’s all
Little shanahans a twerp but also does prepare.
Dream scenario (for me) is Rodgers goes to Denver …then Brady unretires and goes to LV

All those injuries, and what probably ended up costing them the title, even after all that, was Brown getting kicked off the team.It reminded me of the Pats in 03 or 04, when they broke a record for injuries, especially on defense. In both cases they had an offense led by the GOAT at QB. It's too bad that this time he couldn't overcome the poor coaching.
Same source and this I can totally believe:
Same source deleted the tweet because it was BS.
Arians called his tweet also BS.
I believe BA more than some unknown with no ties to the team that immediately deleted a tweet about Mahomes. Anyway, it's just a rumor like hundreds of others. I'll wait to hear from Tom, but I doubt his "retirement" was solely because of this. We know Tom was extremely succesful in Tpa and they gave him evetything he asked for. He seemed happier than ever down there. To be fair, even if it's true Arians wouldn't admit it. Guy is a buffoon so it would t surprise me.

He went out of his way to thank BA and the rest of the Bucs in his farewell instagram post. We know he can hold grudges.Brady has literally admitted that the vast majority of stuff he publicly says is a lie so if you think he’ll publicly trash Arians you’re nuts.
That's not what he meant when he said that. It's been taken out of context like you're doing now.Brady has literally admitted that the vast majority of stuff he publicly says is a lie so if you think he’ll publicly trash Arians you’re nuts.

“What I say versus what I think are two totally different things,” said the seven-time Super Bowl champion.
“I would say 90% of what I say is not what I’m thinking. I really admire people that actually can do that and can say what they think because they invite a lot of other things into their life. I think there’s a part of me that doesn’t like conflict, so in the end I always just try to play it super flat.
From a strategic standpoint, I never wanna give away what we’re doing. I usually say the opposite. If they have a sh---y corner, I’ll be like, ‘That guy’s unbelievable. I don’t know how they complete balls over there.’ In my mind, I’m thinking I’m going after that motherf---er all day.”
It’s not like Brady was saying much about Belichick in 2017/18 despite us now knowing their relationship was disintegrating.
