he is doing great this year, glad we got him. so many fans wanted him fired before he coached a single game, it was ridiculous.
theres no way this team loses the next 5 in a row. weak opponents or not, the defense is alloewd 5.3ppg. against other defenses, those teams averaged 18.3 ppg. it wont stay at 5.3 obviously but they are good, getting pressure, and ryan clady is bar none the best lineman in the NFL. he made richard seymour a non factor in the game, seymour got so frustrated he personal fouled clady by pulling him back by his hair.
orton is playing ball control offense and he looks good doing it, not putting the team in dangerous situations, and after the pundits spent all summer saying how bad the front 7 is and how dumb he is for signing secondary FAs, he looks like a genius now as the secondary is ridiculously good and the front 7 (esp. dumervil) are playing lights out. buckhalter was a great signing as well, but some of the WR are having trouble wiht the new system, gaffney is playing great.
cant wait to play the pats , some pundit guys are saying the pats are missing mcdaniels play calling and coaching? i dunno.
