If Moses retires, these may be one-year options.

Why is it a 'vs' choice? It's not 'or' it's 'AND' and some steamers too.
@signbabybrady you are weird, Woodman's in Essex for fried clams unless you've been doing a pub crawl in town then it has to be late night Kellys on the beach. Lotta booze requires a lotta grease lol

We had a cottage in Eastham when I was a kid. I've done the Woodman's/Farnham tour a couple of times and they were just as good as Arnold's but I'm always going to be just a little biased to Arnold's.

Just like everyone knows Lynnwood is the best bar pizza!

Lobster, for sure. I like all seafood (except for bronzino). I've come to a realization in recent years though that cherrystone clams >>>>>>> oysters.

Who here is hungry?
I'm sure i'm the weird one responding like this so here it goes.

1. Lobster in the raw with salt butter is #1. Claws, tail, legs, et al
2. Maryland Crab cakes are #2. Little bit of horseradish....
3. Lobster roll w/ a very little amount mayo, lettuce, on a hot dog roll w kettle chips on the side and an IPA is #3
4. Lobster pie...little bread crumbs. Little lemon juice spritz
5. Fried Crab Legs....fugetaboutit.

I just had to come to Mass and had to get my fried clam fix. Didn’t have time to go to a good place, got them from a bar the were OK.

When I moved South twenty years ago, was at a bar for lunch and ordered “soft shell crab sandwich” She who shall not be named (ex) says “Are you sure about that”? I said yeah, it’s not like they are going to give me a deep fried whole crab on two slices of bread…..

Exactly what I got, blahhhhhh

over crab every time.

Was the soft shell crab sandwich any good?

Used to love gearing up and hitting the ocean ... going on a bug hunt... nothing better than fresh caught lobster

Probably have to go with lobster.

I went with lobstah but I do love both. I'm also not a big butter guy I eat mine with no butter. I eat steamers and corn like that too. Everyone thinks I'm weird.
I’m with you with the no butter, I also like my lobster or crab in seafood sautés or a fruit to da mare. In the mid 80’s when I was stationed in Alaska we would go to restaurants and the King Crab Legs were longer than one of my arms.

This is a question?

Both are treif. Lobster is fine could not be more overrated if it tried. Crab in Asia is way too much work.

Crab rangoons or is that an American thing

Lobster in Maine waters and fresh, preferably from known boat. Not these silly tourist traps here, some who even bring it in from elsewhere and gimmick it up. Mayo on lobster is blasphemy btw. And that’s about the end of my pretentious takes on anything foods, as will eat most anything.

I miss lobster rolls and the lobster in New England. Dungeness and king crab is a distant second which I have eaten so much of. I’m a huge fan of oysters and Washington State doesn’t disappoint there.

sounds like a new england minor league game
