One of the best.

Watch the Producers....he's one of my inspirations

Consider Wilder's peak ten-year run of entertainment:
  • Bonnie and Clyde
  • The Producers
  • Willy Wonka
  • Everything You Wanted To Know About Sex
  • Blazing Saddles
  • Young Frankenstein
  • Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Brother
  • Silver Streak
And then he followed all of that up with lead roles in Stir Crazy, Hanky Panky, The Woman In Red, Haunted Honeymoon and See No Evil, Hear No Evil.

That is a very impressive résumé.

Thanks for the laughs, and RIP.

Damn...RIP

"DO YOU WANT TO SEE EXCITEMENT?????????? I WILL SHOW YOU EXCITEMENT...IF THAT IS WHAT YOU WANT TO SEE!"

I love Silver Streak. Him and Pryor played off each other so well in that.

Best smile in Hollywood! A true genius. Timeless!

Losing too many greats lately. RIP, Mr. Wilder, you will be missed.

That scene is hilarious. he was a true comic genius, how he stayed straight faced and not laughing, despite the hilarious material, is beyond me. The "moron" speech in Blazing Saddles is another case of this, how he stayed straight faced as his costar cracked up, is amazing.
