More time is more time - I'm not sure the record is solely on his shoulders either, but regardless, all things being equal, DeVito's skills portraying the opposing team's QB are themselves valuable. Levis is a guy who is better to have on your shadow roster if there's a major injury bug that hits. He's not been signed to anyone's PS squad yet but we've seen in past years teams can get desperate for a QB.

whenever i hear the term "big arm" or "canon for an arm" i think of Jeff George... $1000 arm, ¢10 head

Difference is, George produced a won some games. It may have been with 5 teams, but he produced. One year with Oakland in 1997, he led the league in passing yards. And had a 4,000 yard passing season in Atlanta in 1995. Threw 154 career TD passes as well.

Joe Milton will never come close to what George produced. But I agree, with the talent George had, he should’ve been way better than his finished product, head case.
