Given the company Tiger was keeping, my guess is that a siginificant part of his rehab was to have him boiled long enough for it to be safe for people to shake hands with him again.

Don't know if this will help the One Man Population Explosion or not, but doubt that it would do much to stimulate his interest in participating in run defense.
