Given that France enacted a 35 hour work week law in 2000, I made the assumption that Brits (i.e. Mike the Brit) would know that, and I pointed to pre-2000 stuff to note where America was even prior to that.

I didn't realize anyone gave a stuff about the French?

We can add the Raiders to the list of those losing OTAs:

For the second time in a week, an NFL team was stripped of OTA practices for an unspecified dispute. The NFL and the NFLPA released a joint statement that the Raiders lost two OTAs.
