Agreed with everything except that last point. Brock's splits show that he hasn't exactly been great at the deep ball. In fact, anything 11+ yards looks pretty mediocre, 8 TDs vs. 14 INTs.

In the 21-30 pass range, he does have 4 TDs vs. 1 INT, but he's also only completed 23% of those passes, 7 in total.

Pretty much everything has been close to the LOS.

It's not to say he can't chuck a few deep balls. Hopkins and Fuller are deep threats, but nothing suggests Osweiler is going to consistently challenge DMac.

If Osweiler is on, it could get dicey. Even average qbs carve our secondary up.

...but Assweiler isn't remotely close to being average.

It's the playoffs now. New season. Sure, Pats beat the Texans 27-0 early in the season. So what? You know how hard it is to beat the same team twice in the same season? Pretty hard. Patriots have to prepare for a tougher, competitive game - even if it is a home game for us.

Any given Sunday but BOB offense has gone one and done in the playoffs twice with Brady at QB I don't see him winning any super bowls with brock osweiler

Control Clowney and this game will get out of hand quickly. The Texans just do not have the offense to keep up. I don't expect this to be a shut out, but I do expect a comfortable victory.

I guess we don't know for sure.

But I am fairly certain nobody gives a **** about what a Houston newspaper online poll thinks. If the Texans are choosing a starter that way, they've got bigger issues than who is their starting QB.

Savage didn't do much with his opportunity, and beyond just this game, Houston REALLY wants Brock to be the guy, for this year and next year and the year after that.

It might not be the right choice, but they have enough invested that they will likely give him the first chance.

Let's face it - We are likely going to the AFCCG unless Brock Osweiler poisons Tom Brady and BB. Sure, any given Saturday and Sunday BUT if there was ever a playoff game we just know we will win... this is the one! I just don't see one way Houston pulls off this upset and if they somehow do, I will bill them AFC Champions because they obviously became elite overnight.

Chief's run defense kind of sucks but they have a pass rush and they are at home. I could see this game going either way.
